Course Registration

Terms and Conditions

To Enrol: Full payment of fee, with completed enrolment form, is required prior to course commencement to secure a place. Organisations must attach a purchase order to the enrolment form if there is a delay in issuing a cheque.

GST: Where applicable, GST is included in course fee.

Refund Policy:

Participants who are enrolled in a course that is cancelled by FPQ are entitled to a full refund or to transfer funds to future training. In the event that the participant is unable to commence a course, a refund will only be given if written notice of intent to withdraw/cancel is received at FPQ 14 days prior to the scheduled course commencement date.

Cancellations

In the event of FPQ cancelling a course, please be aware that FPQ is not responsible for travel-related costs that my be incurred as a result of cancellations.
