Course Registration
Terms and Conditions
To register: full payment of fee, with completed registration form, is required prior to course commencement to secure a place. Organisations must attach a purchase order or credit card details to the registration form if there is a delay in issuing a cheque.
GST: Where applicable, GST is included in course fee.
Cancellation and refund policy
Where a course is cancelled by FPQ, participants will be entitled to a full refund in all circumstances. FPQ is not responsible for travel-related costs that may be incurred as a result of cancellations. Funds may be transferred to an alternative course if authorised by the participant.
Transfer by participants from one course to another is subject to any administrative fee stated on the course registration form.
Where a participant withdraws from a course, refunds are subject to any cancellation fees stated on the course registration form.
Where no cancellation or transfer fees are indicated on registration form,
and a participant cancels with written notice to FPQ at least 14 days prior
to the commencement of the course, a full refund is available. Where a participant
cancels less than 14 days prior to the commencement of the course there is
no refund except under exceptional circumstances – written evidence
may be required to effect the refund.
