Clinic services
The clinic is staffed by professional doctors and nurses trained in sexual and reproductive health an provide confidential services including:
- Information on all contraceptive methods for men and women
- Insertion of intrauterine contraceptive devices and Implanon
- Supply of hormonal methods of contraception including ‘The pill’, vaginal rings, emergency contraception and injections
- Sexual health checks
- Pregnancy testing and referral
- Pap smears
- Information, assessment and management of menopause,
sexual relationships and sub fertility issues
Education Services
We provide education and training in sexual and reproductive health for:
- Teachers
- Disability sector workers
- Doctors, nurses, and other allied health professionals
Parent/carer information and education programs include:
- Preparing for puberty
- Communicating about sexuality with children
- Responding to sexual behaviours
