We have a wide range of educational videos and multimedia resources available for loan. These may be collected from FPQ Brisbane, or mailed to all areas of Australia. Please fax the order form through on 07 32500292.

Administrative Fees

$15.00 per item per week. This cost is inclusive of GST, postage and handling.

Bookings

All videos and multimedia resources may be booked in advance by phone, fax, mail, email, or in person. When making a booking please allow time for outward and return mail where applicable. Organisations may request an invoice upon supply of a purchase order.

Open Times

The video and multimedia resources lending service is available only on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday between 9:00 and 4:30.

Important Information

• Clients will be charged all costs incurred by FPQ for repairs or replacement of items lost or damaged while on loan.

• Please ensure items are returned by the due date as items may be pre-booked by other clients. The lending period may be extended if the request is received before the due date, as fines for overdue items will apply.

• Fines for overdue items will be charged at $15.00 per week per item.

• Items must be returned in suitable Australia Post approved packaging such as bubble wrap, padded envelopes or boxes - items can be damaged if returned by mail in an ordinary envelope.

Videos as Educational Resources

Videos are an excellent educational resource and are intended to supplement or reinforce, not replace, other educational experiences. Videos on sexual health and relationships often incorporate sensitive material, which needs careful handling. It is important to allow opportunities for group discussion after viewing. All videos should be previewed to ensure they are suitable.

Restricted Use Videos

Videos that have a code number beginning with an “R” are restricted use videos. These videos are intended for use by experienced trainers, educators, therapists and other professionals, or contain sexually explicit material.
