Position Objective
Responsible for the provision of quality administration services in accordance with FPQ policies and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities
Service Delivery
- Answer Centre telephone, respond to enquires and assist callers.
- Provide information to clients/ potential clients on the range of services provided by FPQ and book appointments
- Coordinate client visits including the provision of information, recording client personal details, chart retrieval/filing and receiving and accounting of monies.
Physical Environment / Resources
- Maintain a safe working environment for staff and clients in accordance with relevant Workplace, Health and Safety guidelines, in collaboration with other staff
- Assist with the supply, distribution and display of client resources in the centre
Information and Communication Technology (ICT)
- Data entry of clinical statistics via the Sexual Health Information Program (SHIP).
- Operate a word processor in the provision of secretarial services when requested.
- Design and maintain basic spreadsheets for the provision of information.
- Assist with ICT duties at the request of the Senior Administration Officer and/or Clinic Co-ordinator
Financial
- Prepare cash receipt summaries and bank deposits within FPQ guidelines.
- Maintain a petty cash imprest system within FPQ guidelines
- Assist with stock control of FPQ dispensary products
Administrative support
- Provide administrative, organisational and secretarial support within the centre as required.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail an pathology results according to
FPQ and centre protocol
Other
- Other duties as directed by the Senior Administration Officer and Regional Service Coordinators
- Participate in quality assurance programs.
Remuneration.
SACS Level 2-1 ($24.21 per hour casual) depending on qualifications and experience
FBT exempt Salary packaging available.
Occupational Superannuation: 9%.
