Director of Clinical Services
Family Planning Queensland (FPQ) is a leading provider of sexual and reproductive health services to people in Queensland. FPQ offer clinical, education, training and information services from metropolitan and regional locations throughout the state. FPQ is a Not for Profit Organisation.
FPQ is a member of Sexual Health and Family Planning Australia, the peak body for family planning organisations.
Are you the right person for the position of Director of Clinical Services at FPQ?
The ideal applicant will be someone who can:
Demonstrate ability to strategically plan and lead clinical services within a team environment, including formulation and implementation of policies, business planning, projects, report compilation and resources management.
Demonstrate experience in the field of sexual and/or reproductive health nursing including an understanding of issues in contemporary nursing practice, education and primary health care.
Demonstrate high level interpersonal, oral and written communication skills including the ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams, consult, negotiate, problem-solve, and resolve conflict.
Demonstrate ability to utilise basic information technologies and information management required for implementation of new information strategies to support clinical practice.
Practice as a Registered Nurse in Queensland.
