Position Objectives:
- Responsible for the provision of quality administration services in accordance with FPQ policies and procedures.
Responsible to:
Corporate Services Manager
Collaborates with:
- All members of the clinic team
Duties and Responsibilities:
Service Delivery
- Answer telephone, respond to enquires and assist callers.
- Provide information to clients/ potential clients on the range of services provided by FPQ and book appointments
- Coordinate client visits including the provision of information, recording client personal details, chart retrieval/filing and receiving and accounting of monies.
Physical Environment / Resources
- Maintain a safe working environment for staff and clients of FPQ in accordance with relevant Workplace, Health and Safety guidelines, in collaboration with other staff
- Assist with the supply, distribution and display of client resources in the centre
Computer / Information Technology
- Data entry of clinical statistics via the Sexual Health Information Program (SHIP).
- Operate a word processor in the provision of secretarial services when requested.
- and maintain basic spreadsheets for the provision of information.
- Assist with ICT duties at the request of the Senior Administration Officer and/or Clinic Coordinator
Financial
- Prepare cash receipt summaries and bank deposit records within FPQ guidelines.
- Assist with stock control of FPQ dispensary products
Administrative support
- Provide administrative, organisational and secretarial support within the centre as required.
- Process mail and pathology results according to FPQ and centre protocol
Other
- Other duties as required by the Senior Administration Officer and members of the clinic team
- Participate in quality assurance programs

Selection Criteria
To be successful, the applicant will need to demonstrate the following skills, abilities and attributes:

Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, including ability to deal with sensitive health matters and clients from diverse backgrounds

Demonstrated experience in front office/client services

Demonstrated computer competency including experience with data entry and word processing

Remuneration
Salary: SACS Level 1 – 2 ($30,600 – $36,200)
Generous FBT exempt salary packaging available
9% Occupational Superannuation
