Selection Criteria

To be successful, the applicant will need to demonstrate the following skills, abilities and attributes:

  1. Demonstrated capacity to lead a small team and to participate at a management level in the achievement of the organisation’s overall objectives, through the provision of considered advice and expert opinion pertaining to the corporate services area..

  2. Demonstrated ability to work within and contribute to the value system of the organisation.

  3. Proven experience in managing and leading a corporate services area within an organisation. In particular outlining your work in relation to

    1. Human resource management

    2. Information technology

    3. Facilities management

    4. Workplace health & safety

    5. Knowledge of relevant HR legislative requirements

    6. Managing a cost centre budget in association with other senior staff

Salary: $64,252
